ENERGY CERTIFICATIONS, CONSULTING AND EXPERTISE

The Energy Performance and Indoor Air Quality Certificate (CE), of a building or autonomous fraction, is a document issued under the National System for Energy and Indoor Air Quality Certification of Buildings (SCE), that classifies each building according to its energy performance.

Certifications

The F.G.P. provides the service of:

Elaboration of thermal projects;
Energy Performance Certification (R.S.E.C.E. and R.C.C.T.E.) of New and Existing Buildings;
Issuance of Regulatory Compliance Declaration (D.C.R);
Issuance of Energy Performance Certificates (C.E.);
Specialist Expertise Service.

Onsite visits and inspections of existing buildings and facilities for the preparation and elaboration of measurements and detailed surveys, with regard to posterior audit process (RSECE Energy and IAQ), aiming to identify potential situations where it is necessary to intervene in order to increase the energy performance efficiency of the building.

Analyses and inspections carried out will be the key database for compilation of reports indicating suggestions for improving the energy performance efficiency of buildings, looking for the rational use of energy and targeting to reduce the energy bills overall value.
